Verification of insurance benefits can be obtained prior to coming in for an initial office visit by contacting the phone number on your insurance card. We will charge all applicable fees related to co-payment, deductibles and co-insurance at the time of service.

We handle injury cases related to:
-NO FAULT/ CAR ACCIDENTS
-WORKERS COMPENSATION/INJURED ON THE JOB
-PERSONAL INJURY
