Therapeutic Massage

Deep-tissue massage to relieve tension in specific muscles and joints. An excellent massage for targeting muscles suffering from day-to-day stress or from athletic training.

Prenatal / Pregnancy Massage

During the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, massage has a number of shared benefits for both mother and child. First, it quickens circulation throughout the body, thereby increasing the uterine blood supply and enhancing nutrient and oxygen flow to the fetus. Massage may also promote a healthy birth experience. By decreasing tension and pain patterns in the back, legs, hips, and pelvis, these areas gain flexibility so the uterus may labor without resistance. And of course, massage can enhnce the mother's sense of well-being. During pregnancy, high stress and anxiety levels can negatively affect hormone balance and the developing fetus. Massage releases endorphins and provides a deep sense of relaxation, bringing balance to mind, body and baby.

Primal Reflex Release Technique (PRRT)

PRRT identifies two major reflexes which are the startle and withdrawal reflex. An example of the withdrawal reflex is when you pull your hand from a hot stove. When the startle and withdrawal reflexes are overactive the muscle eventually becomes painful. The goal of PRRT is to stimulate muscle groups that are in opposition to the active muscles there by restoring the reflexes to a normal state. A trained PRRT practitioner can locate and regulate these reflexes decreasing or eliminating a patient’s pain in a short period of time. There are only 10 massage therapists certified in this technique in the United States. Aidas, one of our top licensed Massage Therapists, incorporates these techniques into his massage.

Spa Reflexology

This form of ancient Chinese therapy uses massage on the pressure points in the feet to relieve tension and stress throughout the body.

On-Site Corporate Chair Masssage

A chair massage is a 10-15 minute massage that focuses on the high tension areas of the neck, back, shoulders, arms & hands. Chair massage is performed on an ergonomically designed portable massage chair. You sit on the massage chair facing forward, with your head in a facerest. Chair massage is especially effective at producing therapeutic results in a brief period of time by concentrating the massage on the areas of greatest tension.
